Job Description

Manage all aspects of the Shoe department which include Profit & Loss responsibilities, seasonal sets, on hand price integrity, and to maintain a clean, recovered, and in stock department. Demonstrate the Company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

  • Model “Customer 1st” behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain compliance with the following: divisional signing, recovery, ticketing, stockroom, and fixture usage and maintenance standards corporate policies merchandising standards Replenishment Management System (RMS) functions and Function 8 freight receiving and freight stocking standards all safety guidelines and standards shipping/receiving procedures shrink control guidelines
  • Coordinate and organize merchandising of the section
  • Receive and process freight
  • Perform inventory control functions, as required
