Shoot Supervisor / Photographer

About the role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Shoot Supervisor / Photographer to lead on-site shoots and ensure smooth execution from planning through delivery.

This role combines hands-on photography with shoot supervision, client coordination, and strong data-management discipline. It’s less about creative experimentation and more about keeping complex shoots organized, consistent, and running on time — even under pressure.

You’ll be the point person on set, making sure the plan is followed, problems are solved quickly, and the team stays aligned.

This is a night shift role.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and supervising shoots on site
• Acting as the main liaison between the production team and client contacts during shoots
