Trillium Construction is seeking Fabricators / Structural Fitters for a fabrication shop in Decatur, Alabama.

This is a full-time opportunity. Pay rate for the fabricators that meet the qualifications is $23 depending on experience and skillset. Candidates that can also flux core weld will have an opportunity for a higher pay rate. No per diem is available.

The work schedule varies. Workers must be able to work 7 days a week. Typically, it is 5 days one week and 7 days the next. Weekly hours range from 40 – 70.

-The ability to prepare structural metal products for welding and riveting, lay out parts, line up edges and fit parts together are required to apply.

-Must have at least 1 year of experience and be able to safely perform tasks given.
