Shop Manager


Leading Manufacturer of glass & metal systems has an immediate need for a 1st shift Shop Foreman to oversee the plant. Position offers outstanding medical, 401k, vacation/sick and job stability.


Job Duties & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Shop Manager in a glass/metal or related plant.

  • Previous fabrication shop experience with assembly and managing team of shop crew is preferred.

  • Establish preventive maintenance schedules.

  • Discuss mechanical problems with other mechanics and help resolve repair problems.

  • Review and approve completed work orders.

  • Order equipment and supplies and maintain accurate records.

  • Team player with excellent communication skills
