Modken Express is one of the growing companies in wholesale and channel distribution management of fast moving consumer goods in Ghana. We are located in the central business of Ghana with our distribution channels across Ghana. We are looking for an experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team.

SHOP SUPERVISOR


The purpose of this role is to oversee the daily store operations, drive sales and provide exceptional customer service..


Key Responsibilities

  • Shop Operations: Manage th eday to day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management and visual merchandising.

  • Sales and Customer Service: Drive Sales growth,provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.

  • Team Management : Lead,motivate and develop a high performing wholesale team.

  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels including ordering,receiving and stocking merchandise.

  • Visual Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising strategies to promote products and create an engaging shopping environment.

  • And any other duties assigned by your Supervisor.

    • Requirements:

  • HND/Diploma in Sales Marketing/Purchasing and Supply or relevant qulaifiaction

  • At least five (5) years post qualification experience in same or similar organisation

  • Understanding of sales and marketing strategies

  • Self-motivated and high energy with the ability to plan and lead team to achieve the required set targets

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to prioritise workloads

  • Experience in driving sales and promoting new brands

  • Ability to think outside the box and to identify best practices

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge in Inventory Management Software is essential in this role.

  • Must be proven to be a honest person with intergrity to handle large sums of stocks and money.
