Requirements: High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher-level education Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management Knowledge and 10 years' experience with industrial metal fabrication and welding Oversee daily operations, including production, staff, safety, and quality control Manage welders and fabricators, including hiring, training, and performance reviews Set production goals, oversee production output and quality standards Address fabrication issues and resolve conflicts with drawings or procedures Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, blueprint reading, and quality control Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
