Shopfloor Maintenance Engineer

Your tasks
- Responsible for spare pare managements, Max & Min calculation.
- Responsible for managing the technicians in charge coordinating workload, escalation paths, development people according to technical skills and knowledges required.
- Evaluation and search for the best spare parts, to guarantee the functionality, quality levels and productivity of the equipment in charge.
- Suppliers’ development and evaluation.
- Optimize production technologies in terms of quality, time and cost.
- Participation in local and global technical communities that set the standards for Continental.
Execute work-related tasks and activities requested / assigned by the leader in charge.
- Support on Introduction production technologies according to CAP and other specific procedures of Continental Automotive.
