Shopify Developer Needed – Fix Duplicate Navigation Menu Crawled by Googlebot

Hi,
I'm running multiple Shopify stores and I've identified a technical SEO issue I need help resolving.
The Problem:
Googlebot is currently crawling two versions of my navigation menu — one for mobile and one for desktop. This means every internal link in the nav is being picked up twice, which creates an over-optimization signal for Google (duplicate internal links, inflated link counts, etc.).
What I Need:
A Shopify developer who can ensure that Googlebot only sees one single version of the navigation menu, while keeping both menus fully functional for users on all devices.
Possible approaches (open to your suggestions):
Hide one menu from crawlers using proper techniques (not cloaking)
