The Role

As our Shopify Operations Specialist , you’ll own everything on and around Shopify that moves the needle: storefront, themes, apps, data, analytics, CX automations, lifecycle marketing, and O2O with our HK sister clinic. This role is focused on Shopify and everything directly tied to it that drives our vision and growth (themes, apps, data, analytics, CX automations, lifecycle/O2O) including stepping in to resolve Shopify-related customer support tickets when needed.
