Shopify Store Operations Manager

Overview

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our Shopify agency/partners (respond within 24 hours).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Shopify store operations — product updates, listing quality, site checks, pricing accuracy, discount setups.
• Conduct weekly sales performance reviews & monitor traffic, conversion, AOV, and inventory trends.
• Prepare monthly reporting decks on revenue, KPIs, marketing performance, and growth opportunities.
• Manage Shopify‑related integrations & apps (reviews, subscriptions, email/SMS tools, etc.).
• Coordinate placements, collaborations, and purchase orders with online partners (48‑hour turnaround).
• Lead quarterly business reviews for Shopify and other sales channels (TikTok Shop, Meta Shop, etc.).
• Pitch & execute live shopping / creator campaigns for TikTok Shop.
