Shopify Virtual Assistant (Project-Based | Remote)

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shopify Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations on a project-based basis. This role is perfect for someone who is experienced with Shopify and can work independently while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update Shopify product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variants)
• Upload and organize products and collections
• Basic theme/content updates (banners, pages, navigation)
• Process and track orders
• Handle basic customer support (email/chat)
• Assist with inventory management
• Perform general admin tasks related to Shopify operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shopify VA or in e-commerce support
• Familiarity with Shopify dashboard and apps
• Basic knowledge of product research and SEO (a plus)
