Job Overview

As a Shopify & WordPress Developer , you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing our e-commerce platforms. You will collaborate closely with design, marketing, and business teams to enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates while ensuring scalability and security.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and customize Shopify stores, including theme customization, app integration, and product setup.

* Develop and maintain WordPress websites, including theme customization, plugin management, and content updates.

* Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement new features and functionality.

* Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website functionality, security, and performance.

* Regularly update and maintain content on both Shopify and WordPress platforms.

* Focus on improving the user experience (UX) and conversion rates across websites.

* Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce development.

* Implement best practices for website security, performance optimization, and SEO.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in Shopify and WordPress development.

Strong expertise in Shopify theme customization, app installations, and product management.

Solid experience with WordPress theme development, plugin customization, and CMS management.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Experience with Shopify & WordPress APIs, payment gateways, and third-party integrations.

Strong understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization techniques.

Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.

Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred / Additional Skills

Experience with Shopify Liquid and advanced WordPress theme development.

Knowledge of UI/UX principles and e-commerce best practices.

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Familiarity with Git or version control systems.

Experience with other e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
