About the job

Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, this Assistant Managerial role is responsible for building and retaining a long-lasting relationship with new and existing customers in a multichannel retail environment by:

  • Understanding customers needs and translating them into implemented commercial solutions
  • Securing the foundation for an inspiring, joyful, welcoming, and family-friendly atmosphere that creates trust in the IKEA Brand before, during and after their visit
  • Using customer insights to improve customer satisfaction

  • Contribute to the creation and operational implementation of the local customer relations' action plan.
