• Lead the development of innovative shore excursion products and manage the tour program for assigned regions.
• Source and procure high-quality excursions in line with seasonal demand and company standards.
• Monitor market trends, guest preferences, and potential risks to develop effective action and improvement plans.
• Analyze guest feedback and satisfaction scores to drive continuous product and service enhancements.
• Build and maintain relationships with up to 100 tour operators, overseeing a portfolio of 1,000+ tours.
