Your Purpose

In line with current and future tourism trends, the Shore Excursions Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects and initiatives within the business, supporting ideation until completion, including coordination of related guidebook and application maintenance activities required. The role also supports key stakeholders in mapping processes, planning department activities and monitoring business initiatives across the department.

The Project Manager coordinates people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to revenue and guests' satisfaction objectives.

Your Impact

  • Manages the full cycle projects, assigned tasks and ensures that they are delivered on time, within scope and within assigned budget;
