Role Summary

As the Shoreline Cleanup Coordinator, you will work as part of the Youth, Education & Shoreline team to support, grow and strengthen the Ocean Wise Shoreline Cleanup program and the broader Plastics Initiative, advancing Ocean Wise's goal of radically reducing macro- and micro-plastic pollution. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and hosting Shoreline Champion and cleanup events; engaging volunteers; partners, and stakeholders; supporting outreach and relationship-building efforts; and contributing to program growth, including strategic expansion initiatives where applicable. You will also lead or support data collection, management, analysis, and impact reporting related to shoreline cleanups, maintain inventory and logistical tracking, and support clear internal and external communications to ensure consistent delivery, strong partner engagement, and measurable environmental impact.
