Job Description
- Handle walk-in customers and respond to phone inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Perform basic accounting tasks including data entry, billing, and record maintenance using Tally ERP9
- Maintain daily cash reports, invoices, and basic financial documentation
- Assist in administrative duties such as managing appointments, handling queries, and maintaining office records
- Provide support in order processing and coordinating with other departments as needed
- Communicate effectively in basic English with customers and team members
- Create a welcoming environment for customers, especially those interested in food and cooking
- Ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly front office space
