Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Kochi for a Showroom Manager. The Showroom Manager will be primarily responsible for customer experience, customer relationship management and project delivery.

• The Showroom Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring that every customer has an exceptional in-store experience
• The role includes working with the Business Development team to convert prospects into customers and serving as the single point of contact for all end-customers
• The Showroom Manager will be responsible for coordinating with the factory team to deliver projects on time and resolving any clarifications requested by the team
• This role also involves managing a team of 3-4 staff members at the showroom
• Showroom hours are from 10 AM to 8 PM. We mandate a 9-hour workday.
• The showroom is open on all days and working on one or two Sundays in a month can be expected.
• Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and building exceptional Customer Experience
• Familiarity with showroom operations and management
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve objectives
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar roles
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English
• Familiarity with Google workspace tools or Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, etc., Email, Whatsapp is mandatory

Salary - Rs 40,000 - 60,000 per month including incentives
