Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and route them to the sales staff.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, displays, and sample materials.
Manage walk-in logs, and follow-up coordination.
Ensure the showroom always reflects brand standards.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance and administrative requirements.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or showroom roles.
Strong communication and people-handling skills.
Good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills (Excel, emails).
Customer-first attitude and willingness to learn.
