Job Description
Qualifications Assist in performing preventive maintenance and cleaning on flooring systems throughout the facility.
Assist in installing and repairing various flooring materials as necessary for the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities.
Assist in keeping facilities and equipment clean and in proper working order and running condition.
Assist in performing a variety of skilled maintenance duties which could include painting of buildings and minor repairs as necessary.
Assist in doing minor alterations and emergency major repairs.
Performs heavy physical labor and uses hand and power tools related to work performed. Responsible in placing and displaying of products in the showroom floor.
Moving and organizing product from warehouse rack.
Preparing product for transport into customer’s vehicles.
Assisting customers to pick up the products.
Perform all other duties and responsibilities assigned to them by the management from time to time.
