Interior Sales job involves generating leads, understanding client design needs (like modular kitchens, wardrobes), presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and ensuring project satisfaction by collaborating with design/ops teams, all while hitting sales targets and staying updated on trends, requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new clients through networking, cold calls, referrals, and research.
Needs Assessment: Meet clients to understand their vision, budget, and preferences for home or office interiors.
Solution Presentation: Present design concepts, product offerings (wardrobes, kitchens, furnishings), and proposals, often involving floor plans and color schemes.
Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the sales process from start to finish.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships for repeat business and referrals, providing excellent post-sales support.
Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers, project managers, and installation teams for seamless project execution.
Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.
Reporting: Track sales metrics, report progress, and contribute to overall sales strategy. 
Essential Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven sales background, preferably in home interiors, furniture, or design.
Knowledge: Understanding of interior design principles, products, and market trends.
Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Mindset: Customer-focused, self-motivated, target-oriented, with strong organizational skills. 
Typical Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years in sales, with direct interaction with designers/architects a plus.
