Job Title: Showroom Manager (Interiors & Home Solutions)
Experience: 8 to 7 years of experience (minimum 5 years’ experience in modular furniture industry, ideally in a team lead role.)
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Showroom manager/Architect who will be solely in-charge of ‘interiors & home solutions’ showroom situated in a strategic location in North Bangalore. The ideal person will develop store business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability. Driving sales & design solutions to maximize full project potential will form an important part of the role. The role involves stakeholder management with respect to establishing the showroom including product installation & display.
Key Responsibilities
·Delivering excellent service to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
· Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by train ing and mentoring team.
· Conduct teams’ performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
· Hiring, training, and overseeing new & existing staff
· Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
· Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
· Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
· Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
· Monitoring & auditing the overall showroom visual merchandizing
Required Skills
· Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
· Excellent in consultative selling skills.
· Stakeholder management (internal/external)
· Knowledge of basic business management processes.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft programs, related software, digital & social media
· Always represent the company and the brand with integrity.
Preferred Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in architecture / Degree in interior designing/ Engineering in interior designing/ Diploma in interior design/ master’s in business administration.
Valid driving license is a must
