Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Operations: Ensure daily activities of the showroom run smoothly and meet high customer service standards.
  • Inventory & Stock Control: Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and provide training and guidance to showroom staff.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to enhance showroom performance.
  • Strategy Development: Create and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Customer & Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships, resolve issues quickly.
