Showroom Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telesales Executive for IT showroom. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting IT products, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls for IT products such as laptops, desktops, accessories, networking devices, and software.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, and showroom inquiries.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending inquiries.
Coordinate with showroom sales staff and technical team for order processing.
