About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced SAP Event and Shutdown Planner to support a major client with the planning and coordination of major shutdown events. This is an Adelaide based office role, working Monday to Friday with nominal 8 hour days.

You will be responsible for shutdown preparation, detailed work pack development, schedule integration, and SAP work management to ensure the event is fully planned and execution ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate shutdown planning and scheduling activities
  • Build detailed job steps, work packs, and scopes for Tier 4 shutdowns
  • Maintain and update all shutdown data within SAP
  • Develop and integrate schedules using P6
  • Liaise with maintenance, operations, engineering, and contractors
  • Support shutdown readiness and progress tracking throughout the lifecycle

About You

  • Experience gained through maintenance, trade, or engineering roles in heavy industry, with oil and gas experience highly regarded
  • Strong SAP experience for shutdown or event planning
  • Skilled in P6 scheduling
  • Proven experience in planning major shutdowns
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Must have the right to work in Australia
