About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Shutdown Scheduler to support the planning and execution of large scale fixed plant shutdowns. This is a site based FIFO role from Perth on a 4/3 roster, requiring someone who has scheduled complex, labour intensive shutdown events at scale.

You’ll be responsible for developing and managing highly detailed schedules covering 1,200 personnel, 288 hour shutdown windows, and 70,000+ labour hours. Strong capability in SAP and Project is essential, along with proven experience producing complex Gantt charts for major shutdown events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed shutdown schedules for fixed plant assets
  • Build complex Gantt charts covering multi discipline shutdown activities
  • Schedule labour, equipment, and work fronts across large shutdown workforces
  • Integrate SAP work orders into Primavera schedules
  • Maintain schedule logic, critical path, and resource loading
  • Work closely with shutdown planners, execution teams, and leadership
  • Track schedule progress and support execution readiness

About You

  • Demonstrated experience scheduling large fixed plant shutdowns
  • Highly proficient in Project and SAP
  • Proven experience scheduling shutdowns with large workforces and labour hours
  • Strong capability producing complex, logic driven Gantt charts
  • Able to operate in high pressure shutdown environments
  • Must have the right to work in Australia
