Shuttle Driver & Tour Assistant (Light Rigid Licence Required)

Shuttle Driver Duties

• Safely transport guests between Cooinda Lodge and Yellow Water Cruises 3 trips per day
• Conduct pre-trip safety checks and basic maintenance on vehicles
• Assist guests with boarding luggage and special requirements
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation
• Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures

Tour Assistant Duties

• Support daily tour operations including preparing boats vehicles and equipment
• Welcome and assist guests during boarding and transfers
• Maintain clean safe and presentable vessels vehicles and visitor areas
• Assist with guest manifests logistics and tour documentation
• Participate in cultural and tourism training to build guiding skills
• Work alongside Indigenous cultural ambassadors to support cultural engagement
• Promote park experiences and lodge activities to guests
