Job Description
- Expertise in Circuit Design and Analog skills to ensure accurate and optimized electronic designs
- In-depth knowledge of Power Integrity to maintain stable and reliable electrical systems
- Experience in utilizing tools like Spectrum Analyzer for performance analysis and diagnostics
- Understanding of Electromagnetics concepts for designing and troubleshooting high-performance circuits
- Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering or a related technical field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Experience in the electronics or backplane industry is a plus
- Perform compliance testing and debug failures using lab equipment: TDR, VNA
- Experience interpreting S-parameters and TDR measurements (Knowledge of VNA, TDR, BERT test is a must)
- Analyze waveforms, eye diagrams, jitter, reflections, crosstalk, ringing, and skew.
- Create automated test setups
- Develop custom fixtures & test boards.
- Define Pass/Fail criteria of automated TDR equipment
- Perform signal integrity simulations (time-domain and frequency-domain).
- Work with board designers to set rules for: Trace Impedance control, Differential pair routing, Via design, Skew control.
- Work with PCB vendors to define PCB stack-up
- Provide clear root-cause analysis and recommended corrective actions.
- Generate simulation reports, lab test results, and compliance documentation.
- Evaluate new test equipment
- Electronic Engineer or related with minimal 5 years of experience
- Fluent in English.
- Good communication skills
- Able to manage customer calls
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Tool design skills
- Experience in automated equipment programming
- AutoCAD
- Experience in project management
- Problem-solving skills
