We are looking for an experienced SIAM professional to join our extraordinary Service Integration Practice Team. In this role, you will work at the heart of complex and interesting customer environments and play a key role in shaping and improving their SIAM processes and ways of working. An ideal candidate will have:
Extensive knowledge and practical experience in core SIAM processes (e.g. incident, problem, change, service request, configuration, knowledge, service level management)
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow and/or other ITSM tools
Experience in Service Management
