Job Description

Our international client is currently searching for SiC/GaN Engineer Technologists to help to develop SiC based wafer processing technology within epitaxial wafer growth, reliability and packaging technology areas.

The role will involve working with corporate HQ in China and world wide process experts and customers. Candidates can come from the following disciplines:

  • SiC or GaN Wafer Processing Technology
  • SiC Device / Product Engineering
  • SiC or GaN Epitaxy
  • SiC or GaN Reliability Testing
  • SiC Module Packaging
  • SiC or GaN Process Integration

    • Required skills for the SiC/GaN Engineer Technologists will include:

  • Strong semiconductor process experience within the fab
  • Excellent device physics knowledge Gallium Nitride or Silicon Carbide
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to travel when required
  • Degree qualified
