Key skills and qualifications

  • Proven experience in Siebel business analysis and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Siebel CRM.
  • Proficiency in gathering requirements and creating technical specifications.
  • Experience with SQL for query optimization.
  • Knowledge of Siebel configuration and e-scripting is often required for related developer roles, so having an understanding is beneficial for the analyst as well.
  • Experience with Siebel EAI and Siebel Open UI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
