What We’re Looking For:

· Proven hands-on experience with the Sierra Conversational AI Platform (MUST HAVE)

· Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Java

· Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and NLP fundamentals

· Ability to troubleshoot, test, and optimize bot performance

· Experience integrating backend systems and third‑party APIs

· Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
