Sign Assembler - 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and finish custom signage, awards, and specialty printed products using adhesives, tools, and detailed production techniques

  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet client specifications and quality standards

  • Follow detailed work orders and client-specific production requirements

  • Operate and maintain shop equipment including saws, drills, shears, and sandblasting units

  • Apply masking and sandblast materials for custom finishes when required

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Experience working with small parts, hand tools, or "craft-style” materials (X-Acto knives, glue guns, etc.)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions

  • Experience with metals, plastics, or sign materials a plus

  • Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team

  • Work Environment & Schedule:

  • Fast-paced production setting with deadline-driven projects

  • Monday–Friday schedule; occasional overtime or weekends as needed

  • Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods

  • Lift and move materials weighing between 5–50 lbs

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
