Job Title: Sign Structure Estimator Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Sign Structure Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive bids for the fabrication and installation of overhead, cantilever, and ground-mounted sign structures. Based out of Rancho Cucamonga, this position plays a vital role in supporting project planning, budgeting, and business development efforts for public and private infrastructure projects, particularly those involving Caltrans or municipal requirements. Key Responsibilities: Analyze project plans, specifications, and addenda to determine scope of work and pricing strategies.Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and general conditions.Perform quantity take-offs using HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam or other estimating software.Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive and complete bids.Prepare and submit formal proposals and bid pa...
