SIM Engineer

The Jr. SIM Engineer is responsible for supporting SIM and device engineering operations for large scale wireless environments. The role focuses on SIM lifecycle tasks, provisioning activities, device activation support, troubleshooting, operational monitoring, and ensuring seamless SIM-related service delivery.

This position works closely with senior SIM engineers, device engineering teams, and cross functional operational groups to maintain accuracy, quality, and high availability across the SIM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. SIM Provisioning & Lifecycle Support

•Execute SIM and device provisioning activities as defined under SIM & Device Engineering Operations.

•Assist in SIM activation, deactivation, replacement, and updates as part of daily operational workflows.
