Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Simulation Engineer with expertise in AnyLogic to design, develop, and optimize simulation models for complex systems. The ideal candidate will analyze system performance, improve efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality simulation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement simulation models using AnyLogic for various systems and applications.
  • Build discrete event and agent-based models to evaluate system performance.
  • Analyze simulation results and provide insights to design and testing teams.
  • Optimize simulation accuracy, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other software tools and systems.
  • Maintain, enhance, and update simulation models as required.
Eligibility & Skills
  • 2–3 years of experience in simulation modeling using AnyLogic.
  • Strong expertise in Discrete Event and Agent-Based Modeling.
  • Good knowledge of databases and data handling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is an added advantage.
