About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Simulation Project Manager to lead the delivery of advanced simulation and training solutions for defence and industry clients. This role is responsible for managing complex, multidisciplinary projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with engineering, software, hardware, and training stakeholders, as well as external partners and clients, to deliver cutting-edge simulation systems that support operational readiness and capability development.
