Description

  • Conduct simulator training duties using the ATO’s A220 FSTDs.
  • Conduct additional training duties as required by the Head of Training (HOT).
  • Participate in HOT‑designated or HOT‑authorized projects.
  • Conduct training duties in accordance with the FSI job description.
  • Follow applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Recommend revisions to SOPs where appropriate.
  • Assist with preparing courseware and training materials, including theoretical examinations, in compliance with CASA requirements.
  • Liaise with the Simulator Technical department to ensure simulators are maintained to required training standards.
  • Monitor client/student progress and develop action plans to support those not meeting required standards.
  • Promote and support improvements to processes, documentation, courseware, and training materials used by the ATO.
