About This Role







As a Simulator Support Specialist – Performance, you will be responsible for activities in the following areas:





+ Support the Flight Simulator Training Devices for all QTG issues: Point of contact for the customer and the TCOPS team for QTG complex issues, provide technical support for complex issues, provide On-the-Job training to fellow team members. Correct, validate and tune QTG related deficiencies.



+ Accountable for QTG configuration control on all Training Devices. Debug, identify and actively participate in solving complex issues. Develop, implement, test, integrate, & present fixes on all simulators. Monitor SimHub/Simissues for updates & coordinate with CAE Customer Service to follow-up on all QTG critical issues.
