The HArdware Dependability for Embedded Systems (HADES) group within the High-Performance Embedded Systems (HPES) at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center aims at carrying out research for critical embedded systems in charge of controlling fundamental parts of cars, airplanes and satellites. The objective of this position is to study and mitigate single event radiation effects of GPUs and other high performance complex embedded systems for safety critical systems. The work involves performing radiation tests and simulations to understand the reliability behaviour of these devices in harsh environments.
