Job Description
As a SIP / PBX Integration Engineer, you will build and maintain the SIP edge and PBX integrations that connect AI voice agents to real-world telephony systems. You will implement call flows, routing logic, and provisioning patterns across OpenSIPS and supported PBXs, ensuring reliable AI human handoff and multi-tenant isolation. This role does not own backend platform architecture, but works closely with the Senior Platform Engineer to execute against defined interfaces and call flow designs.
