SIT Integrated Work Study Programme (IWSP)
Who is it for?
IWSP is applicable for students who are presently pursuing a degree at SIT and is keen to embark on a work study integrated program combining both theory and practical, to provide students with deep industry knowledge through on job training.
What is it?
IWSP is a long term industry attachment for all SIT students to acquire real work experience with the chosen industry partner. It comprises of on job training to equip students with the technical knowledge and hands on experience in the semiconductor industry.
You will be attached to a particular department (Engineering Modules (Diffusion/Thin Film/Etch/Photo) as Process or Equipment Engineer; or Integration Department or Information Technology Department, with experienced mentors to provide advice, guidance and coaching throughout the program.
