SITE ACCESS & COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR Ashburn, VA | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • Pay Rate : $25 per hour • Flexible schedule up to 40 hours per week, Monday–Saturday • Shift: 4:00 AM and 6:00 PM – 3 days a week ROLE IMPACT The Site Access & Compliance Coordinator ensures that all personnel entering large-scale construction sites are properly credentialed, onboarded, and compliant with workforce safety and access policies. This role acts as the on-site bridge between field operations and centralized support, driving workforce readiness, compliance accuracy, and safe, efficient site entry operations. Success is defined by reliable gate operations, smooth onboarding flow, and high-quality worker engagement.
