Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, track, and file site acquisition documents and contracts

  • Monitor permit applications, approvals, and renewals

  • Coordinate with landowners, LGUs, and government agencies for requirements

  • Maintain site databases, trackers, and filing systems

  • Assist in lease processing, payments, and billing documentation

  • Support site acquisition officers and coordinators with reports and schedules

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

  • Handle correspondence, meetings, and document submissions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Experience in administrative support, real estate, or site acquisition preferred

  • Knowledge of permitting and documentation processes is an advantage
