Key Responsibilities
Prepare, track, and file site acquisition documents and contracts
Monitor permit applications, approvals, and renewals
Coordinate with landowners, LGUs, and government agencies for requirements
Maintain site databases, trackers, and filing systems
Assist in lease processing, payments, and billing documentation
Support site acquisition officers and coordinators with reports and schedules
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Handle correspondence, meetings, and document submissions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in administrative support, real estate, or site acquisition preferred
Knowledge of permitting and documentation processes is an advantage
