Job Description
The Business Development Manager (Site Acquisition) will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships with customers and partners particularly in securing site acquisitions for South Luzon area. The role involves research and market analysis to identify new business opportunities, as well as negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales quotas.
- Develop and deliver pitches for potential sites.
- Helped develop and implement growth strategies and opportunities.
- Provide training and mentoring to members of the business development team.
- Consistently secure and recommend new market opportunities and profitable sites.
- Prepare the business development budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure were on track to hit targets.
