Site Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the site acquisition process from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary approvals and permits are obtained.
• Assess and evaluate potential sites for new projects, taking into account factors such as zoning regulations, environmental impact, and access to utilities.
• Support/assist to negotiate leases and other agreements with property owners and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure that all contracts and agreements are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Work closely with Project Manager, Site Acquisition Team, and other stakeholders to ensure that site acquisition activities are aligned with project timelines and budget constraints.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, and community groups.
• Manage a team of site acquisition specialists and provide guidance and support as needed.
