Site Acquisition Specialist

Overview

CuraKidney Inc. is looking for a Site Acquisition Specialist to support our expansion by identifying and securing strategically located retail and commercial spaces, including small shops, hardware stores, coffee shops, and similar establishments, suitable for dialysis centers and other healthcare facilities.

This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable with extensive fieldwork, site validation, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Site Acquisition and Site Development processes
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and negotiate leases
• Knowledge of Leases and relevant legal documentation
• Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) concepts related to site management
