Job Description

Selectek has an immediate need to hire a Site Acquisition Specialist (TMO) to be responsible for candidate selection, lease negotiations, tower owner applications, zoning, and permitting.


Required:
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Experience with new site builds (search rings)
  • Able to forecast and understand SAQ processes left to right for new builds and modification projects.
  • Experience with high volume, fast-paced modification projects.
  • Able to understand and manage tower owner applications and processes.
  • Successful completion and passing score of all mandatory company certifications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Microsoft Teams
  • Requires excellent communication skills, oral and written. Be responsive and have the ability to explain issues clearly.
