Site Acquisition Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential properties suitable for company operations

• Conduct initial coordination and negotiations with lessors or property owners

• Evaluate sites based on location, cost, accessibility, and operational requirements

• Coordinate site inspections, feasibility studies, and documentation

• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract conditions in accordance with company standards

• Prepare lease proposals, comparatives, and recommendations for management approval

• Liaise with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams for lease processing

• Ensure timely renewal of leases and compliance with contractual obligations
