istration & Office Management

  • Oversee site office operations , including documentation, filing systems, and correspondence.

  • Manage site facilities such as accommodation, transportation, housekeeping, and utilities .

  • Coordinate issuance and control of site ID cards, access passes, and attendance systems .

  • Manpower & HR Coordination

  • Maintain manpower records , attendance, and leave data for staff and contract workers.

  • Coordinate with HR for mobilization, demobilization, onboarding, and exits .

  • Support payroll inputs, timesheets, and contractor manpower reports.

  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination

  • Coordinate with local vendors, service providers, and contractors for site-related services.
