Oversee site office operations , including documentation, filing systems, and correspondence.
Manage site facilities such as accommodation, transportation, housekeeping, and utilities .
Coordinate issuance and control of site ID cards, access passes, and attendance systems .
Manpower & HR Coordination
Maintain manpower records , attendance, and leave data for staff and contract workers.
Coordinate with HR for mobilization, demobilization, onboarding, and exits .
Support payroll inputs, timesheets, and contractor manpower reports.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
Coordinate with local vendors, service providers, and contractors for site-related services.
